V.C.O.C. Warning
The Fisherman is still at it – same residencia and same method but must be using an instrument to reach into room.
Date and Time:- 28.8.15 6 a.m.
Incident:- Downstairs window blinds left half open and window closed. Occupants disturbed and when looked out of window saw thief in garden who ran off.
HE HAD STOLEN A HANDBAG LEFT ON VIEW IN THE ROOM BUT NOT NECESSARY NEAR TO THE WINDOW SUGGESTING THE USE OF INSTRUMENTS IN FORCING THE WINDOW AND POSSIBLY REMOVING PROPERTY.
Description:- White male possibly Eastern European origin bald head, approx 40 years, wearing black sleeveless top and carrying a torch
Stolen.:- Contained in handbag and stolen – 350 euros and iPhone. Handbag containing passports abandoned in garden.
ADVICE:- 1) NEVER LEAVE WALLETS, HANDBAGS, MOBILES, LAPTOPS, TABLETS, KEYS OR OTHER VALUABLE ITEMS WHERE THEY CAN BE SEEN THROUGH WINDOWS.
2) IF YOU HEAR OR SEE ANYTHING UNUSUAL AT ANY TIME OF NIGHT OR DAY, DO NOT HESITATE BUT INFORM THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY BY USING THE 112 SYSTEM.
THE POLICE DO NOT MIND IF THE CALL IS A FALSE ALARM PROVIDING IT IS MADE IN GOOD FAITH.
