INFORMATION REGARDING UNFINISHED APARTMENT BLOCK

For those of you that do not know, cleaning work on the unfinished apartment blocks began last week, in preparation we understand for rebuilding to start in January 2015.A company called Baroco Proyectos S.L. are the new owners and will do the work.

I asked the community lawyer what, if any, were the consequences to our court case and he said none, we still continue our case against the bank for the outstanding debts.
But all new community fees ie 2015 belong to the new company (Baroco).

As soon as we have more info we will post it on the website.
