Dear HomeownersAs some of you may have noticed,over the past several weeks we have changed the light bulbs in the Cul de Sac area, the gated area at Cabo verde and in the pool 3 area, to low energy bulbs. This we believe will produce significant savings on our yearly electric bills. We plan to change the rest of the community over to low energy in the coming weeks, however the changeover to low energy does mean slightly less lighting due to the lower wattage, but the committee feel it will be worth it, so we are seeking homeowners feelings.
