Dear owners, Unfortunately, there was a break-in recently to one of the properties in our community and this occurred during daylight hours. Please do not be complacent and ensure you secure your property and move all valuables from sight. Do not be an easy target. Theives are known to target anyone bringing luggage into the community, so warn your friends and family, who come and stay in your property, to be extra vidgilent. Many thanks.

Dear owners, Please be advised that the squatters in Nº.85 have been evicted by the bank and the locks changed. The committee instructed the bank to ensure all the rubbish was removed. We hope this is the end of the problem, but will all owners ensure they secure their properties if they will not be returning for a prolonged period, leaving it clean and tidy on the outside so the property does not look abandoned/empty.
